Delivery within Georgia

Delivery within Georgia is free. For an in-stock product, the estimate is up to 5 calendar days after successful payment and order confirmation. If an agreed time cannot be met, we will contact you and apply the rules available by law for a delay.

International delivery

International delivery is available only to destinations the shop can confirm before payment. Cost and estimated timing depend on the carrier and destination; there is no universal five-day promise for international orders.

If an exact charge or estimate cannot be determined before checkout, an order must not be paid on incomplete terms: the shop will agree those terms with the customer first.

Pre-orders and customs

A standard pre-order can require up to 50 calendar days to become ready for dispatch. Carrier transit after dispatch is additional. For Georgia, the total agreed pre-order period is communicated before fulfilment.

The destination country may impose import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, the recipient pays these charges. Where they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we tell you that they may arise.

Delay, loss or damage

If a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, write to support@goodgirlsstore.com. Your rights under applicable law and rules on transfer of delivery risk remain unaffected.
